WHAT TO EXPECT
GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES

Promotion opportunities:
Quality Assurance Tech (entry level) > General Maintenance Tech> General Craftsman> Equipment Technician> Trainer> FS Manager> FS Supervisor.
SCHEDULING
Facility support techs are guaranteed 40 hours a week and potential for overtime with shift differential pay available. Quality assurance techs work four 10-hour shifts and weekends off.
PAY & SALARY
Facility Support team members receive competitive pay based on their skill level. Repair Technicians earn performance-based quarterly bonuses and can receive up to $6 extra per hour for evening, weekend, and overnight shifts. Quality Assurance team members are reimbursed for mileage while on route.
